Cut to size orders are cut with table and CNC panel saws and have a cut tolerance of +/- .060”. Plastic sheets have a thickness tolerance of +/- 10% and can have thickness variations throughout the sheet. Cut to size items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

The proprietary manufacturing process produces a polymer sheet that is 25% stiffer than the original King StarBoard, with superior flatness and consistency. Achieve greater results from your construction when you cut, bend, or perform any HDPE welding. StarBoard ST features a matte gloss finish on both sides, and is environmentally stabilized to withstand harsh outdoor conditions without rusting, delaminating, or rotting when exposed to UV, humidity, or water.
This HDPE sheet is versatile and easy to work with, requiring only common woodworking tools and techniques. Unlike wood, however, King StarBoard ST will never need painting or refinishing!
