Clear Acrylic Plexiglass Rods
TAP Plastics proudly supplies a vast selection of crystal-clear acrylic rods with varying degrees of tolerance to suit a wide range of applications. Acrylic, also known as Plexiglass, is a durable and transparent plastic product that serves as an ideal alternative to standard glass. Acrylic rods are ten times stronger than standard glass, but half the weight. Customer uses include signage, floral arrangements, point-of-purchase (POP) displays, models, aquarium tanks, crafts, and more. Plastic rods are an economical choice that give you excellent value without compromising on optical clarity, dimensional stability, tensile strength, or thermal resistance.
Unlike other materials, our plastic rod can be decorated, drilled, painted, and sawed. Our line of acrylic rod includes diameters that range from 0.0625 to 1 inch. Extrusion lines are minimal, even on the largest size rods we offer. All the clear plastic rod we supply come in six-foot sections, and we can custom-cut at three-foot lengths by special request. UPS Oversize Fee: UPS applies the fee to any package exceeding 48” however, they require a minimum of 2” around the product to reduce any possible damages.
