Questions and Quotes

How to submit a quote request for custom plastic fabrication or full-size sheets:

Please include in your message your ship-to address, daytime phone number, a dimensioned drawing or sheet materials you're interested in. Files, specs and the quantity needed can be submitted to dave@tapplastics.com.

The drawing specifications need to include material, thickness, and quantity needed for a fabrication quote. Nothing works as well as a .PDF file showing a fully dimensioned top view drawing with specs. Additionally, we accept .DXF, .DWG, .AI, .SVG, .SVGZ and .PDF vector files. Please save as lines and arcs, not splines when making a .DXF file. No 3-D drawings.

Make sure all lines are joined and the drawing is to scale, indicating inches or mm.
Remove all hidden layers and text. Show only the lines to be cut or machined.

All text fonts must be converted to outlines VECTOR LINE of the shape only.
We cannot use a .JPEG or .GIF or other bitmap files.
