Tracking Your Package (US Domestic only)
Use your invoice number to check the status of your recent orders by clicking on Order Tracking. Problem with an Order?

Damage: If you receive merchandise that has been damaged, please contact us right away via email at orders@tapplastics.com. Please include photos of the damage. After review, if we conclude that UPS or defect caused the damage, a replacement will be shipped via the same service-level as the original order. We ask that you hold all damaged goods for seven business days during which time UPS may come to inspect the damage. After this time if UPS has chosen not to examine the package, the merchandise may be discarded at the customer’s discretion. Please note that all packaging and material must be available to UPS when they pick up the damaged package.

Lost: If after having tracked your order, you determine that your package has been lost, please contact us at 888-827-7330 or via email at orders@tapplastics.com. We will initiate a lost investigation with UPS, which can take up to 7 business days. If UPS is unsuccessful in locating the package, a replacement will be sent out within 24-hours of having being notified.

  1. Next Day Air orders must be received by 12PM noon PST to be shipped same day. Please call (888) 827-7330 for special requests.
  2. Orders will be processed within 24 hours. Cut-to-size plastic orders may
    take 24-48 hours to be processed, depending on the size & quantity.
UPS Oversize Fees
The UPS Service Guarantee does not apply to:

UPS 2nd Day Air® A.M. Packages for Residential deliveries.
Shipments tendered pursuant to Drop Shipments, special operating plans, or customized handling or processing arrangements, or tendered either under an account number on which Service Guarantee claims are addressed by a special agreement or where such claims have been addressed by special agree­ment with the payer of the Charges.

Shipments processed using a UPS Automated Shipping System that is not located at the pickup address assigned to the UPS account number on which the Shipment was made.

 

Notice from UPS regarding Suspension of Service Guarantee
Effective March 26, 2020, and until further notice, we have suspended the UPS Service Guarantee for all shipments from any origin to any destination. For all U.S. origin shipments, the Service Guarantee suspension became effective as of March 24, 2020. As the effects of the Coronavirus impact our infrastructure, we will continue to seek guidance from local, state, and national government entities to ensure that we fully align with their regulations.

Military Addresses APO/FPO
Shipping rates to APO/FPO zip codes are calculated online by USPS Priority
Mail. Only non-hazardous products are permitted.

Alaska and Hawaii
Shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated online by USPS Priority Mail and UPS. Only non-hazardous products are permitted. (TAP will determine the most economical shipping method to Alaska and Hawaii.)

Canadian Order Policy
UPS Standard (Ground) shipments with values over $40.00 CAD will incur brokerage fees. Brokerage fees for air shipments are included in the shipping charges. Please note Canadian Brokerage Rate Guide for more information.

Product Return Shipping - In the rare instance that a product must be returned for any reason, the customer assumes the cost of shipping both ways.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes - Customer shall be responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, customs or import fees incurred.
Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes on goods (e.g., excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the necessary customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer's behalf.

Your order will be shipped under UPS's e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purpose and valued under CAD 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD 30, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD 200 and above and being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.

Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You can call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.
