Most Cut-to-Size orders received before noon are shipped the same day Monday-Saturday.
Cut to size orders are cut with table and CNC panel saws and have a cut tolerance of +/- 1/32". Plastic sheets have a thickness tolerance of +/- 10% and can have thickness variations throughout the sheet. Cut to size items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Sheet sizes, colors, thicknesses and products available on our website are available at TAP Plastics stores.
Visit or contact your local TAP Plastics store where cut-to-size orders often take less than five minutes, start to finish.
Custom Acetal Copolymer (POM-C) Engineering Plastic
Our Acetal (polyoxymethylene) is perfect for components in machinery engineering. The continuous operating temperature of polyoxymethylene ranges between -40 °F and +212 °F. The high surface strength is only surpassed by a few materials. Acetal exhibits good sliding properties and high resistance to wear and tear because of its high strength and smooth surface. There is a very low risk of stress cracks. Acetal (Copolymer) exhibits a high thermal stability and a high resistance to chemicals and is Comparable to Delrin.
Full-size sheets are also available
