Cut to size orders are cut with table and CNC panel saws and have a cut tolerance of +/- .060”. Plastic sheets have a thickness tolerance of +/- 10% and can have thickness variations throughout the sheet. Cut to size items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.
Sheet sizes, colors, thicknesses and products available on our website are available at TAP Plastics stores.

Chemcast custom-cut LED acrylic panels are a fun way to draw attention to a business or give your home added curb appeal. Black LED acrylic plastic, or “black glass,” looks like regular matte black acrylic at first glance — and it’s as strong as normal acrylic sheeting, too. However, 29% of LED light can pass through the material. When you place LEDs behind the sheet and turn them on, you get a soft, even spread of illumination in any color.

Acrylic LED Sign Panels Cut to Size
The experienced fabricators at TAP Plastics will cut Chemcast Black LED Acrylic to any dimensions you need using CNC precision equipment. Use our drop-down tools to enter the required length and width in millimeters or inches. (Note all acrylic LED sign panels are 1/8-inch thick.) We can make rounded or chamfered corners and even drill holes for attaching the panels. If you have additional instructions and requests, such as unique shapes like circles and triangles, add them to the Comments section during checkout.
