Cut to size orders are currently taking 1 to 2 days (M-F) to process.

Cut to size orders are cut with table and CNC panel saws and have a cut tolerance of +/- .060”. Plastic sheets have a thickness tolerance of +/- 10% and can have thickness variations throughout the sheet. Cut to size items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

Sheet sizes, colors, thicknesses and products available on our website are available at TAP Plastics stores.

Visit your local TAP Plastics store where cut-to-size orders often take less than five minutes, start to finish.

TAP Plastics' Frosted Acrylic Sheets, also known as frosted plexiglass, offer a versatile matte finish on one side and a glossy surface on the other. Available in a variety of options—including opaque Matte Black and Matte White, as well as translucent Clear and Green Edge—these sheets are a perfect alternative to frosted glass for creating elegant displays, privacy partitions, and decorative features. Two white varieties allow light transmission at 9% and 69%, making them ideal for custom lighting effects. Frosted plexiglass reduces glare, retains ink and paint, fabricates easily and is excellent for signage, windows, and backlit designs.
