Mercy Health Plan Award Trophy
Eddie Sly from Sly Designs was commissioned to design the 2004 Mercy Health Plan award trophy for the city of St. Louis civic leaders. He went to our San Mateo store to turn his design drawings into a 3-D one. The 32 trophies were presented to civic leaders such as the Mayor and the Chief of Police. The trophies are made of 1/2" clear acrylic, laser cut with engraved symbol and the bases are made of 3/4" clear acrylic. The overall dimensions of the pieces are 5 1/2" tall and 3 1/2" wide.
