For Halloween, Mara Johnstone of the TAP Santa Rosa store and her husband Mike made Star Wars theme Mandalorian costumes. They started with bicycle helmets, a sheet of 1/32 polycarbonate, and a kit of Magic Sculpt. The addition of spray paint and hand-sewn tunics with some E-6000 glue finished the clothing.
The axe and shield were cut from foamed pvc by Aaron Greene of the same store, and glued with more E-6000. The guns were originally Nerf - modified with Magic Sculpt and paint - and the lightsabers were bought online.
